Feeling lost? Scared? Angry? Life can be a continual roller coaster of ups, downs, changing, and evolving. These are all scary times. Let me help you restore a balance and understanding in your life that can bring you peace and better health.

I love to help navigate personal life circumstances as well as career choices and situations. I have many years working in the business world as well as in the school districts. I can understand the stresses and struggles of daily family life as well career life. It seems that every day presents us with challenges. We can all use a little understanding, support and clarity.

I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and seniors. I also enjoy working with pre-marital, married, troubled couples as well as individuals. I believe that pre-marital counseling can create future years filled with tremendous harmony and love. I also have a passion for working with caregivers and those who put their lives on the line for the safety of others: veterans, police officers, firefighters, medical workers, etc.

I have worked with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. I offer support and a highly personalized approach for all of my clients.

In addition to being an AMFT therapist, I am also a Life Coach.

My office is located a few blocks from the beach. Walk and talk sessions are also available and welcomed.
