Thank you for coming to my page.
Are you living your best life? Are you going back and forth with negative self talk, thoughts, or feelings? Are you struggling with social or dating relationships, parenting, career, or just loving yourself?
My name is LaLisa Morgan. Everyday is a call to your purpose and plan for peace and happiness. Your past is not your future. Therapy can be empowering and transformational experience that gives birth to the identity of your best life. My hope is to guide and support you on your best version of you!!
As a trauma expert, with eleven years in child welfare, I have seen hurt and broken people find hope. I specialize in guiding victims from home and community violence, childhood abuse and neglect, and intimate partner violence to overcome paralyzing thoughts and live out your dreams.
As a certified child and family coach, my hope is to assist individuals and families to identify the underlying needs to resolve family conflict, custodial battles, and generational trauma.
"A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step" is a common saying that originated from a famous Chinese proverb. My practice style honors the human experiences. My services are strength-based, trauma informed, and culturally sensitive to honor the whole person-mind, body, and spirit and live abundantly . Some of the modalities I use range from Person Centered, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Family Systems. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker under the supervision of a member of The "A" Treatment Center team.
As a therapist who is also a Christian, I can offer gospel centered biblical counseling to those who want to discuss how a foundation of faith affects your health, mental health, and well-being.
Your first step towards living your best life starts with you! Make an appointment today.
